hich pumps blood. For most heads, it beats 72 times a minute but for a very few, it beats, beats and beats, the count becomes meaningless the moment you feel the Rhythm is not yours. You are mesmerized!!! and when I say you cannot die at will. I mean it. God decides your day. Dorji is in love with Angel. Destiny writes their fate to meet in college. Dorji is ready to take his chances but when chances are for glances, you deserve to be in trouble. This is the story of Dorji - a warrior. This is his journey of falling in love and adoring love intricately entwining college, friendship, drugs and passion for love. Will Dorji succeed in his quest for Angel? Can honest endeavour unfold the path to glory and the difference between loving and being loved? Will his dream meet his desires? This is a story from The Land of Thunder Dragon Bhutan. The chase of Dorji is on, Lub Dub, Lub Dub!!!

In my view:

Love is such a feeling that can completely absorb a person into it. Love is that bonding which can make two lovers forget all other things. Love can make and mar a person’s life. Agreement of both the persons in a relationship can make it proceed beautifully but simultaneously if hazards enter into a relationship, it can simply get destroyed. I just finished reading Rhythm of Love by Rahul Prasad Kanu and here's my review on it.

The story begins with admission of a person into a government rehabilitation centre. This man with unknown identity is bought over to the centre by two people. Doctor admit him there and a treatment is administered. But soon, hunt begins for his identity. Advertisements are issued in newspaper but no claims are made. While the doctors and those two persons who bought him are on the verge of losing hopes, a person enters in with some information.

This person, Namgay, claims that he knows the unknown person admitted. Namgay discloses that his name is Dorgi and narrates a touching tale of his friendship. Dorgi’s feelings for a girl and their closeness too, come into picture.

But what is the reason for this condition of Dorji? What is his tale of love? Moreover, who is his lover? This is what you have got to find from the book.

Over-all: The cover page of the book is good but it surely could have been better. The title of story is perfect and catchy. The narration of the author is gripping and readers will enjoy it. The titles of the stories are intriguing. Plot and characters are faultless. The story begins on an interesting track but becomes dull for a short while. This tends to dodge a readers attention. But soon it gets back on its interesting path and the dodged attention is gripped well. Apart from this, I did find a few mistakes in the book which definitely could have been avoided.

Nonetheless, I would rate the book with 3.5/5. Congratulations to the author and hope he comes up with more books!

NOTE: A reviewers copy of the book was provided by the author and the publication house.
